Work stays on the device.

Calculator inputs are processed in the browser. Ampxa does not upload workflow maps, invoice content or blog drafts to a server in this release.

Saved projects and drafts

Saved workflows, invoices and blog drafts use this browser profile’s IndexedDB storage. Invoice working drafts, favorites and region preferences also use local storage. These records are available on this browser and this website origin; they do not automatically move to another device, domain or browser profile.

Anyone with access to this browser profile can open its saved projects. Delete saved projects in Workspace and export JSON backups before clearing browser data. Browser storage capacity and retention depend on the browser. Clearing site data removes these records.

Downloads and published articles

SVG, PNG, PDF and JSON exports download to the device. Publishing blog content requires the site owner to replace the project’s blog content file and rebuild the website. The local draft editor cannot change the public website directly.

Waitlist email

An address entered in the waitlist form is sent from the browser to Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form-processing service, which stores the submission and forwards it to Ampxa. Waitlist emails are sent to Formspree and used only to announce the estimating and invoicing app, and Formspree’s own privacy policy covers its processing. Calculator, invoice and workflow content is never included. To have an address removed, email info@ampxa.com.

Country detection

The browser requests Ampxa’s region endpoint. A configured trusted host can provide a country inferred from normal connection data. Otherwise the browser uses language and timezone hints. A language endpoint likewise says only whether the country is Spanish-speaking, to offer a banner linking the Spanish version of a page (never a redirect); closing or following the banner is remembered in local storage. Ampxa does not request GPS permission.

Analytics

The live site at ampxa.com uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC, to count page views and see how the site is used. The browser loads Google’s analytics script (gtag.js) and sends Google the address and title of each page viewed, the referring page, the browser, operating system, device type and screen size, the language setting, an approximate location (country, region and city) that Google derives from the IP address, and engagement such as time on page, scrolling and clicks on links to other sites. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_ followed by the property ID) that hold a random identifier, so that visits and returning visitors can be told apart; they last up to two years. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy; its use is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. No advertising pixels are used.

To opt out, the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on stops the browser from sending data to Google Analytics on any site. Blocking or deleting cookies for ampxa.com, or a content blocker, also stops the measurement; the calculators and templates work the same without it.

Calculator inputs, invoice and estimate content, panel schedules, checklists and workspace boards are never sent to Google: the site sends no custom analytics events, and none of that data appears in page addresses or titles.

Hosting and external links

The hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. This release has no authentication, billing or remote font requests; the only third-party requests are a waitlist submission to Formspree and the Google Analytics requests described above. Following external source links is subject to those sites’ privacy policies.
