REFERENCE GUIDE

Before starting

  1. IEC U1/V1/W1 and U2/V2/W2 labels are a convention, not proof of actual lead arrangement.
  2. For a motor explicitly approved by its nameplate: star joins winding ends; delta connects each start to the next winding end.
  3. Physical bridge positions vary. Follow the actual terminal-box diagram and nameplate voltage.

Results do not check every aspect of an electrical installation. The calculators follow US (NEC) practice only; a regional preset changes defaults such as voltage and units, and no result certifies NEC compliance.
